Wow, what an intro. I made WORK it OUT to help others get fit and WORK OUT (get it? hahaha...) and also to work out some of their problems and concerns...(work it out...I'm a master of puns...) But my main goal here is not to force people into a certain lifestyle, or to say that one body type is better than the other. It's to help you get healthy, happy, and fit - by showing you all the possible ways to do so. Let's get started! |
My Blogging Schedule |
I have a blogging schedule! I'm so organized, right? But to make my life and yours easier, I follow this rule...
#MotivationMonday: I'm going to give you a series of quotes to get you motivated during the rest of the week. The topic on what I'm going to give you motivation for depends on how I'm feeling... :) #TrimdownTuesday: Tuesday is usually when the fun (for me!) or the torture (for you!) starts. I'll give you some tips to make you exercise more, or eat healthier! #WellnessWednesday OR #WorkoutWednesday: I'm going to post a video on a workout that you can do all the time. It varies from strength, cardio, Pilates and yoga! #ThrowbackThursday: I'll tell you what I wanted to know back when I was starting my fitness journey, and some pretty cool things about me...this will usually come in form of a vlog. #FoodFriday: I will post something about food! Since I am a vegan, all the food that is shown there will be vegan. However, I do eat a lot of protein and will showcase that in my blogs/video posts. I will try to vary the days among the week (2 days a week), but if you prefer one day better than the other, let me know! #AskLauren will be another thing too...Ask me anything you want to know and I will answer you truthfully!
